All jumpers must complete a waiver before participating in any Jump Giants Trampoline Park leisure activities
Jump Giants Holdings registration No 09763162 is a leisure service. This leisure services include participation in trampolines, dodgeball and basketball. By purchasing a session from any Jump Giants Trampoline Park, you agree that the supply of Jump Giants leisure services and participation by you in the activities is subject to the following terms and conditions: You acknowledge that the leisure activities are dangerous with many inherent risks and hazards and as a consequence personal injury and sometimes death can occur and you voluntarily assume and accept all such risks and waive the right to make a claim against Jump Giants for any personal injury or death in any way whatsoever caused by or arising from participation in such activities. Jump Giants, its employees, directors and agents are not liable to you, your dependants or legal representatives for personal injury or death suffered by the customer due to the leisure activities not being supplied with due care and skill or not being reasonably fit for their purpose. All participants must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their start time and we advise that the waivers are completed before attending the site. You cannot participate in the leisure activities if you are under 12 unless you are supervised at all times by a parent or a responsible adult guardian. All participants must be 3 years of age or over for all sessions except our specific junior giants sessions. The weight limit for an individual participant is 18 stone. It is recommended that if you have weight-related concerns you should consult your health services provider and receive medical clearance before engaging in trampoline jumping at Jump Giants You must comply with all signs or other directions of Jump Giants. Jump Giants may suspend or cancel your participation in any leisure activities in its absolute discretion for non-compliance with these conditions, or for reckless or careless conduct. In particular, you agree that: - Mobile phones must not be used whilst engaged in the leisure activities. - You must only use socks supplied by Jump Giants - Food or drink must not be consumed whist engaging in the recreational activities and only food purchased through Jump Giants is permitted to be consumed on the premises - Smoking, consumption of alcohol and chewing gum are not permitted. - You will not be allowed to participate in any leisure activities if reasonably considered by Jump Giants to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
We will endeavour to ensure that as many zones/activities as possible are available for use by guests at the park. However, we reserve the right, without prior notice, to close and change the programme of zones/activities and or operating hours. Jump Giants in its absolute discretion reserves the right to close the whole or any part of the zone/activity at any time or to restrict the number of persons having access to the zone/activity. The reason for any closure or restriction provided by this condition may include technical, maintenance or operational reasons.
All special offers and specific daily deals are subject to availability and some my be restricted or unavailable during school holidays.
Jump Giants reserves the right to refuse admission, ban entry to or remove from the park without refund to any person who's presence or behaviour may effect the safety/enjoyment of other users or staff or who uses violent, aggressive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory or insulting words or behaviour or in any way behaves in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace. All threatening and abusive behaviour towards any of our staff will be reported to the police.
All jumpers must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the session start time and allow time for parking especially at busy times this may have to be off estate due to our limited parking on site. We recommend car sharing or public transport where possible.
Where the event is prevented, frustrated or delayed due to force majeure (including but not limited to riot, strikes natural catastrophe severely adverse weather, power failure, road closures) or any other cause beyond its control, Jump giants liability will limited to refunding in full or part (at Jump Giants option) or rescheduling the event at a future date convenient to all parties. Not withstanding the generality of the above please note that all events may start late or overrun due to unforeseen delays.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, but subject to the non-excludable consumer guarantees implied pursuant to the UK Consumer Law, in no event will Jump Giants or its employees, directors and agents be liable in respect of any claim for any indirect or consequential loss or damage including without limitation personal injury, financial loss (such as loss of profits or use of capital or revenue or otherwise), or for any punitive, exemplary, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage whether such liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence), equity, breach of statute or statutory duty or breach of any consumer guarantees. This disclaimer constitutes the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our website, and supersedes all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website. This disclaimer will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to this disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
All cancellations must be received in writing. No verbal cancellations will be accepted. All cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will be charged in full. No cancellations will be refunded on the day of the event and if you do not attend your event, arrive late or choose not to participate unless under extreme circumstances, which will be at Jump Giants discretion.
We are committed to providing you with the highest standard of service but if something does go wrong in the first instance you must ask to speak to the manager on duty at the park and see if it can be resolved and recorded on site. If you cannot resolve the problem on site then you may write to us at info@jumpgiants.com providing details of the problem and if possible supply the name of the person on site that you spoke to. Please note you must notify us within 7 days of the booking otherwise we will be unable to investigate for you. We aim to respond to all written notifications after our investigation, usually within 20 days of receipt.
If we are handed an item that appears valuable, but contains no way of identifying the owner, it will be recorded in the parks own found property database. If you have lost such an item you can email us at info@jumpgiants.com to enquire whether we have it. You will have to prove ownership of any item we do have in our system. It sometimes takes some time for property to be handed in to us especially if it was lost in a foam pit. Please be aware that we can only keep recorded found property for 28 days and then it will be either disposed of or given to charity.
When Jump Giants property is damaged or destroyed due to negligence of the participant the participant acknowledges that they may be liable for the repair or equivalent replacement costs for the damages caused.
1) The Christmas Festive Season Pass (hereafter referred to as CFSP) is valid for use from 26th December 2022 to 10th February 2023. 2) The CFSP can be used any time on valid sessions up to 1 hour per day only. 3) An additional hour can be purchased from reception at a reduced price of just £6. 4) All sales of CFSP’s are subject to availability. 5) CFSP’s are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchaser/person named on the account only. 6) The CFSP holder is not permitted to share, swap or sell their CFSP. 7) Any CFSP used or attempted to be used by anyone other than the named owner are subject to cancellation with no entitlement to any refund. 8) CFSP’s are valid on Open Jump, Open Air, Junior Giants, Midweek Madness & Support Sessions only. 9) There is no cash-in or refund value for the CFSP. 10) CFSP’s are subject to our normal terms and conditions including park rules. 11) All CFSP Jump Sessions must be pre-booked in advance via our online booking system or by telephone. Walk in bookings are not permitted. 12) A maximum of one session per day can be pre-booked. If a customer doesn’t show up for any pre booked sessions then this could result in the cancellation of the CFSP. 13) If any Jump Giants Park is closed due to government restrictions in the period of validity, then Jump Giants will extend the period of validity by a day for every day of enforced closure.
From time to time we run promotional codes and discount cards through various media and these codes/cards cannot be used in conjunction with any product that is already discounted or where the product or package itself is a promotional product. All promotional and discount codes/cards will only be applicable to standard, normally priced products and packages. If using a discount code or card for a standard product where a second hour is offered at a discounted price the discount will not be applied unless you book the single hour product by itself and subject to availability any discounted second hour can be bought on site separately or by email us at info@jumpgiants.com
