The rulebook

Our rules can be found on many of the activities pages, and here at Jump Giants we take the safety of our players very seriously!

To enjoy the park to the max, follow these simple rules:

  • Every person jumping must have read and completed a Jump Giants waiver form before using the park.
  • All jumpers must be 3 years of age or over (excluding specific toddlers sessions).
  • For any person under 18, a waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian before you can jump.
  • All jumpers need our special Jump Giants grip socks which can be purchased for £3, but once you have purchased them they are yours to keep!
  • Jumpers must wear a valid coloured Jump Giants wristband at all times during the session.
  • Under no circumstances are people under the influence of alcohol or drugs allowed use of the park.
  • Look out for other jumpers and give way to the smaller ones.
  • We advise younger jumpers to use the junior zone to begin with. The maximum junior zone age is 10 years old.
  • Jumpers under the age of 12 must be supervised at all times by a parent or responsible adult guardian.
  • Pregnant women or people with health concerns are advised not to jump, the cafe is the ideal place for you!
  • We recommend jumpers with heart, back or neck conditions or with weak limbs caused by previous fractures should seek medical advice before participating.

  • Grabbing of the safety pads or safety netting is not allowed.
  • No double bouncing, running, tackling or rough play.
  • One person per trampoline at a time.

  • No food or drink (including gum) is permitted on the trampolines.
  • No double somersaults or flips or tricks over the pads are allowed. Single somersaults are allowed but no more than two in a row unless on the tumble runs trampolines.

Frequently asked questions

Questions? Sure! Here are our most frequently asked questions but if you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, call us on 08444 141 141 or email us at info@jumpgiants.com

How old do you have to be to jump?
The minimum age to bounce is 3 years old! Giants under the age of 12 must always be supervised by a parent or guardian.

Do I need to book in advance?
We can only accommodate for so many Giants per hour, we discourage turning up without a booking to avoid disappointment. Weekends and school holidays are our peak times. Regardless of when you plan to join us, we recommend booking as far in advance as possible.

Must I sign a waiver?
Yes. Every Giant who partakes in the jumping is required to sign a waiver.

Do I have to complete a waiver every time I come to bounce?
No. Once you’ve signed your waiver, you’re good to bounce for the next 12 months.

Can someone else’s parent complete a waiver for me?
Yes. The parent or guardian making the booking will be responsible for completing all waivers for Giants under the age of 18.

Can my children come and bounce without a parent or guardian?
Individuals aged 12 and above are welcome to jump without a parent or guardian. However, if you are under the age of 16, a waiver must still be completed by a parent or guardian prior to your jump.

I don’t have a credit/debit card. Can I pay when I get there?
Yes, if you book on arrival. Online bookings require payment there and then, if you’re
unable to do so you can pay upon arrival, but we can’t guarantee spaces, and you may have a long wait for the next session.

Is my booking refundable or transferable?
If you’re requesting a refund or transfer within 7 days of your session, we won’t be able to provide you with one.

When do I need to arrive?
All Giants must arrive for their fun filled session 30 mins before their start time, we also recommend allowing time for parking. We have limited spaces available, and the car park can fill up quickly, especially during weekends and school holidays. We recommend car sharing or public transport where possible.

What happens if I am late?
You will lose your slot. You may be able to join in for the remainder of your session if we aren’t busy, but this can’t be guaranteed.

Will I be told what to do?
15 minutes before your jump time, all Giants will receive a briefing about park rules, and how to stay safe. We recommend customers watch the video before attending the park. The briefing video is available to watch at the park but this may result in you starting your session late. You must attend a briefing before every session.

What should I wear?
We suggest that all Giants wear comfortable clothes such as shorts or tracksuits. Any sharp items such as belt buckles or clothing studs aren’t allowed on the trampolines. For safety reasons, Giants will be required to wear special grip socks, these can be purchased for £3 and they are then yours to keep!!

It can be very tricky regulating the temperature in such a large warehouse so please dress for the weather. If it is hot outside, then it will be the same inside, same as if it’s cold outside then it will be cold inside. We want all our Giants to enjoy their jump time so dressing appropriately is vital.

How long can I bounce for?
Each fun-filled session lasts between 1 hour and 90 mins, depending on your session booking type, but you can book double sessions to have double the fun.

Can I get to Jump Giants using public transport?
Yes! In fact, we recommend public transport due to limited parking spaces. Please see our directions page.

What happens if I lose my socks?
You will need to purchase an extra pair for £3 before you can carry on jumping.

Do you have lockers?
Yes, these are £1 per session (non-refundable). Property is left in the lockers entirely at your own risk.

Can I bring my own food?
No. Due to health and safety policies, only food and drink purchased from us at one of our cafes or vending machines, can be consumed on the premises.

Do you have parking?
Yes, we have limited parking on site. We recommend car sharing or public transport as these spaces can fill up quickly. The park is situated on an industrial estate so please take care walking to the premises and watch out for large vehicles. Please park considerately and avoid blocking other businesses.

When is your peak time?
Weekends and school holidays are our busiest times.

I don’t want to bounce, is there somewhere I can wait for my children?
There’s an area next to the café where you can go and keep a watchful eye.

Do you have wheelchair access?
Yes, we like to accommodate for all our Giants and have provided wheelchair access to the warehouse.

Is there a weight limit to use the trampolines?
Yes, the current weight limit is 18 stone (114.3 Kg)

Can I leave a review?
We’d love you to! We always welcome feedback; it helps us learn what went well and how we can be better.

How can I report a problem?
We strive to ensure all our Giants and spectators have a problem free session, but in the event an issue does occur then please speak to a member of staff who will try to fix this for you. If the issue can not be resolved there and then we ask you to write to us at info@jumpgiants.com providing all key details and the names of any staff you spoke to, if possible. You must notify us within 7 days of the booking otherwise we will be unable to investigate for you. We aim to respond to all written notifications after our investigation, usually within 20 days of receipt.

I've left something behind do you have a lost property dept?

When an item of value is handed in, with no way of identifying the owner, we record it on our database. You can ring us on 08444 141141 to enquire if we have it. Proof of ownership will be required, if we have the item. It can often take some time for property to be handed in, especially if it’s lost in the foam pit. We can only keep found property for 28 days, after this time the item will be disposed of or given to charity.

Discounts and Promotional Codes

Every now and then we run promo codes and discount cards. Most often found in our Game Changer email. These discounts can’t be used on an already discounted product, they will only be applicable to regular-priced products and packages. If you have any queries or questions, then don’t hesitate to get in contact with your local park.

Dietary Requirements

At Jump Giants, we like to cater for every single one of our Giants and spectators. We offer GF or vegan pizzas, at an additional cost, as well as veggie hot dogs. All we ask is you book in advance with the awesome team over at head office. You can reach them at 0844 141141 and request a call-back.
